Preparation then follows a time-tested process: artichoke hearts are soaked in a solution of water, vinegar, salt and lemon juice, a natural method that preserves their freshness and authentic flavor. Each jar contains 10-12 artichoke hearts, accompanied by fresh mint leaves that impart a distinctive aromatic note. Preservation takes place exclusively in top-quality extra virgin olive oil, which keeps the organoleptic characteristics of the product intact.
