The offer and sale of products on our website www.cooperativalacupa.com are governed by these Terms of Sale.
The products purchased on our site are sold directly by La Cupa – Azienda Cooperativa Agricola, registered with the Register of Companies of Lecce, under the number 04562780751, P. IVA 04562780751 and with its registered office in Scorrano (LE), zip code 73020 in via Supersano, 120 .

How to conclude the contract
To conclude the contract for the purchase of one or more products on www.cooperativalacupa.com, you will need to complete the order form electronically, following the relevant instructions.
The order form contains a summary of information about the essential characteristics of each product ordered and its price (including all applicable taxes or fees), the means of payment you may use to purchase each product, and the method of delivery of the products purchased, the shipping and delivery costs, the conditions for exercising your right of withdrawal, and the manner and timeframe for returning the products purchased.
The contract is concluded when www.cooperativalacupa.com receives, electronically, your order form after verifying that the information on your order is correct.
Before proceeding to the purchase of the products, by transmission of the order form, you will be asked to carefully read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, and confirm your acceptance by selecting the corresponding field.
The order form will be stored in our database for the period of time necessary for order processing and otherwise within the terms of the law. You will be able to access your order form by consulting the section Confidential Area – order status.
Before proceeding with the transmission of the order form, you will also be asked to identify and correct any data entry errors.
The language available to conclude the contract with www.cooperativalacupa.com is Italian.
Once the contract is concluded, www.cooperativalacupa.com will take charge of your purchase order.
www.cooperativalacupa.com may not process your purchase orders that do not give sufficient guarantees of solvency or that are incomplete or incorrect or in case of unavailability of products. In these cases, we will inform you by e-mail that the contract is not concluded and that www.cooperativalacupa.com has not acted on your purchase order specifying the reasons.
If the products, presented on www.cooperativalacupa.com, are no longer available or on sale at the time of your last access to the site or the submission of your order form, it will be the responsibility of www.cooperativalacupa.com to notify you promptly and in any event within thirty (30) days from the day following the day on which you submitted your order, if the products ordered are unavailable.
If you submit the order form and pay the price, www.cooperativalacupa.com will refund what you have already paid in advance.
By submitting your order form electronically, you unconditionally accept and agree to abide by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in your dealings with www.cooperativalacupa.com. If you do not agree with any of the terms set forth in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, please do not submit your order form for the purchase of products on www.cooperativalacupa.com
By submitting your order form, you confirm that you understand and accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the additional information contained in www.cooperativalacupa.com, also referred to through links, including the General Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy.
Once the contract is concluded, www.cooperativalacupa.com will send you, by e-mail, a receipt of the purchase order, containing a summary of the information already contained in the order form (General Terms and Conditions of Sale, information about the essential characteristics of the product and a detailed indication of the price, means of payment, your right of withdrawal and delivery costs).
Guarantees and indication of product prices
Only first-rate products are offered for sale. These products are purchased directly by La Cupa – Azienda Cooperativa Agricola from producers and retailers carefully selected for their rigorous quality controls.
www.cooperativalacupa.com does not sell used, irregular, or substandard products that are inferior to the corresponding standards offered on the market.
However, the images and colors of the products offered for sale may not match the real ones due to the effect of the Internet browser and monitor used. Product prices may be subject to updates. Make sure of the final sale price before submitting the relevant order form.
www.cooperativalacupa.com, in case of exercising your right of withdrawal, has the right not to accept the return of products that have been altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics or have been damaged.
Shipping and delivery of products
The cost is automatically calculated by the system and charges are free with orders over 99 euros.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with La Cupa – Azienda Cooperativa Agricola, without any penalty, within ten (10) days from the day of receipt of the products purchased on www.cooperativalacupa.com.
To withdraw from the contract, you must send an e-mail to: info@cooperativalacupa.it clearly indicating your personal details, the order number, the items returned and the reasons for the return.
Shipping costs are your responsibility, including liability in case of loss or damage of the products.
The Right of Withdrawal – in addition to compliance with the terms and procedures described above, shall be deemed to be properly exercised if the following conditions are also fully complied with:
- The e-mail must be properly completed and sent to info@cooperativalacupa.it within 10 days of receipt of the products;
- products must not have been used or damaged;
- products must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging;
- returned products must be sent to La Cupa – Azienda Cooperativa Agricola (specifically to the following address: Via Supersano, 120 – 73020 Scorrano (LE) in a single shipment. La Cupa – Azienda Cooperativa Agricola, in fact, reserves the right not to accept packages of the same order, returned and shipped at different times.
If the Right of Withdrawal is exercised by following the procedures and terms indicated in this paragraph 6, La Cupa – Azienda Cooperativa Agricola will refund any sums already collected for the purchase of the products, net of shipping costs for the delivery of the purchased products.
La Cupa – Azienda Cooperativa Agricola will return to you, in addition to the sums collected for the purchase of the products, also the shipping costs for the delivery of the purchased products, only in the event that the return of the products occurs due to causes attributable to La Cupa – Azienda Cooperativa Agricola, such as in the event that the products do not possess the promised essential characteristics, have production defects or there have been errors in the delivery of the same.
The amounts will be reimbursed to you in the shortest time possible and, in any case, within thirty (30) days from the date on which La Cupa – Azienda Cooperativa Agricola became aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, we will activate the reimbursement procedures, once we have verified the correct execution of the terms and conditions indicated above, as indicated in paragraph 7.
If the terms and conditions for the exercise of your right of withdrawal, as specified in this paragraph 6, are not respected, you will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid to La Cupa – Azienda Cooperativa Agricola; however, you may re-obtain, at your expense, the products in the state in which they were returned to La Cupa – Azienda Cooperativa Agricola. Otherwise, La Cupa – Azienda Cooperativa Agricola may retain the products, in addition to the sums already paid for their purchase.
Time and method of reimbursement
After the return of the products, La Cupa – Azienda Cooperativa Agricola shall make the necessary verifications regarding the conformity of the same with the conditions and terms indicated in paragraph 6. In the event that the verifications are positively concluded, La Cupa – Azienda Cooperativa Agricola shall send you, via e-mail, the relevant confirmation of acceptance of the products thus returned.
Whatever method of payment you used, the refund is activated by La Cupa – Azienda Cooperativa Agricola within thirty (30) days from the date on which La Cupa – Azienda Cooperativa Agricola became aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal upon verification of the proper execution of your right of withdrawal and acceptance of the returned products.
If there is no correspondence between the consignee of the products indicated in the order form and the person who made the payment of the sums due for their purchase, the reimbursement of the sums, in case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, will be performed by La Cupa – Azienda Cooperativa Agricola, in any case, towards the person who made the payment.

Applicable law and dispute resolution
The General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005 on distance contracts and Legislative Decree No. 70 of April 9, 2003 on certain aspects concerning electronic commerce.
In the event of disputes between La Cupa – Azienda Cooperativa Agricola and each end user, arising from the General Conditions of Sale, the competent court of Lecce.
Edit and update
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall also be amended from time to time in consideration of any regulatory changes. The new General Terms and Conditions of Sale will be effective from the date of publication on www.cooperativalacupa.com
