La Cupa Cooperative: authentic flavors and aromas of Salento since 1992

Founded in 1992 thanks to the entrepreneurial vision of Gianluca Manfredi, La Cupa is now a landmark in vegetable processing and sales.

Our leadership stems from a supply chain that is controlled in every detail: from the rigorous selection of 100% Italian raw materials, to slow drying in the sun, to hand-packing, every step is designed to ensure superior quality and handcrafted authenticity

From Land to Finished Product: Integrated and Controlled Supply Chain

Our production process is distinguished by constant attention to authenticity and food safety. We process only Italian vegetables, harvested in full respect of seasonality and processed according to traditional methods, with the support of specialized external facilities and highly qualified staff. Each product is selected and packaged by hand to preserve its freshness, flavor and authentic Salento aromas

[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row et_full_width=”true” css=”.vc_custom_1579114943204{padding-top: 80px !important;padding-bottom: 60px !important;background-color: #f6f6f6 !important;}”][vc_column][vc_row_inner et_column_align=”align-center” css=”.vc_custom_1578532916555{margin-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_column_inner animation=”animation bottom-to-top” offset=”vc_col-lg-6″][vc_column_text]

Salento in the Heart

Our recipes are inspired by the oldest Salento gastronomic tradition. Each product tells a story of passion, dedication and respect for the land, bringing to the tables the most authentic aromas and flavors of Salento.

Innovation and Sustainability

We believe in innovation as an engine for growth and continuous improvement. We invest in modern and sustainable technologies, valuing human capital and making room for young talent. Our company is constantly evolving, paying attention to market needs and environmental sustainability issues.

[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/4″][vc_single_image image=”2391″ img_size=”full”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row css=”.vc_custom_1746018394805{padding-top: 60px !important;padding-bottom: 60px !important;}”][vc_column width=”1/4″][vc_single_image image=”2394″ img_size=”full”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1746019990283{padding-right: 5% !important;padding-left: 5% !important;}”]

Innovation and Tradition in Continuous Evolution

La Cupa lives in the sign of a unique balance between respect for our roots and looking to the future. The birth of the brand I Cupidi (2018) marked a sweet revolution: products processed exclusively by hand, seasoned with extra virgin olive oil of our own production, to bring into homes the genuineness we would like for our children. With Siamo Bio (2021), we expanded the horizon toward biosustainability, offering an organic line that combines certified quality and environmental respect

Vegetables that Tell the Territory.

From sun-dried tomatoes dried on 18,000 m² of looms to Cellina olives from Nardò processed using traditional methods, each product is a tribute to Salento. Artisanal creams (artichokes, olives, dried tomatoes) and spiced tarallini represent the meeting of ancient recipes and modern packaging.

[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/4″][vc_single_image image=”2396″ img_size=”full”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row et_full_width=”true” css=”.vc_custom_1579114943204{padding-top: 80px !important;padding-bottom: 60px !important;background-color: #f6f6f6 !important;}”][vc_column][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/4″][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1746020286112{padding-right: 5% !important;padding-left: 5% !important;}”]
