We specialize in large-scale production of dried tomatoes and vegetables from both conventional and organic farming. The entire process takes place under the Salento sun, guaranteeing an authentic and flavor-rich product. Our supply chain starts with the cultivation of 30-35 hectares of fresh tomatoes entirely in Puglia and continues with in-house drying at our Scorrano plant, where we have 18,000 square meters of dedicated looms.
We follow each stage of processing with passion and attention, ensuring constant control and superior quality. Thanks to the commitment of an experienced and motivated team, we reach an annual production of 300,000 kg of dried tomatoes, meeting the needs of the main players in the Italian large-scale retail sector and bringing the authentic taste of our land to tables all over the country.
